Jeremy has spent over twenty years advising clients on their financial strategies and investment management. Having started working for HSBC Investment Bank as an Investment Analyst in their European Equities division, his career allowed him to work for other investment banks and managers as both an Analyst, Trader and latterly as an Investment Manager. He is a Chartered member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, which means he has not only reached the highest level in terms of exams passed, but also has the relevant amount of professional experience which means he can provide expert, rounded advice. During his career, he has held professional qualifications both here in the UK, and the USA and mainland Europe, allowing him to have a broad knowledge of most financial situations and instruments.
Outside of work, Jeremy is a dedicated husband to Michelle and the proud father of two sons, Oliver and Alexander. He has a deep-rooted passion for sport especially rugby, as an ex-Wasps player, golf and cricket. Most weekends he can be found supporting both his sons as they follow their aspirations in music (Olly) and motorsports (Alex). When time allows, the Walkers love to travel, especially to the USA where they have many happy memories.
Alexander Newton has extensive experience advising individuals and corporates, having spent over 20 years working in the world of Wealth Management. A large part of his career was spent advising business owners within some of the largest accountancy firms in the UK, most notably Grant Thornton.
He is one of the two founders of Cambria Wealth Management, which offers a wide range of financial planning and wealth management services to individual and corporate clients.
Alexander has specific responsibly for complex pension planning solutions and estate planning. In particular, how to help clients to pass on the value built up in their companies to future generations.
Alexander has a BSc in Business from Coventry University, and is a Chartered Financial Planner, Chartered Wealth Manager, Certified Financial Planner and a Fellow of the Personal Finance Society.
Outside of work, Alexander is married to Evelyne and has two children, Mylo and Sadie. A keen tennis player and cyclist/triathlete, Alexander can often be found training in the countryside around his Buckinghamshire home.
During 30 years working in the City, Chris has extensive experience in advising investors and corporates on investment decisions. He spent most of his career with global investment banks like SG Warburg, HSBC and RBS in the UK and Hong Kong, he has worked as a research analyst, marketer and trader in the equity derivative markets. He holds the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning and is RQF Level 4 qualified. Since joining Cambria Wealth Management, he has focussed on clients in both London and the Home Counties.
Chris holds a BA Hons. in Russian, Spanish and Economics and worked in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office before joining the City. He is married to Oksanna and has two daughters, Natasha and Katya. Formerly a keen hockey player and graded umpire, he is often seen standing in the rain supporting his local sports teams.
Dani joined Cambria Wealth Management at the end of 2017, having previously worked with Alexander at Grant Thornton, where she spent eight years as a Paraplanner and Team Leader. She holds the Certificate in Financial Planning and is close to completing her Diploma in Financial Planning.
Outside of work, Dani is an avid music fan and can be found at festivals across the UK in the summer months. Having recently discovered the programme "Suits", she is very much our own version of Donna!
